SOCIAL: WHAT IS A MINICAST?

A "mini cast" is a means by which an individual can talk about various subjects of interest.  A subject of interest can be Politics.  The individual can talk about various issues that they experienced or issues that they want addressed.  "minicast's" are short and to the point.  For example if an individual expresses in a "mini cast" that they want to go somewhere else, they would directly say it without any hesitation or inclinations by which would prevent them from saying it.  "minicast's" are designed to be supplemented with other "minicasts" and they are used to create an action.  For the example above, and with concern of the blog, an action would be "resettlement," into another country.
